Service Description

Consist of 4 series* of intelligently designed Vinyasa yoga sequences. Learn the sequences by heart and practice at your own pace. Use your breath as your guide. Since you are no longer distracted by external interferences such as the cues from your teacher, one can truly be focused internally and can experience the state of "moving meditation". * Based on the 1974 Syllabus designed by K Pattabhi Jois.
